The X2Center Service Edition is an integrated WorkOrder management system that keys from completed Jobs in the Sales and Production systems. A user definable set of WorkOrder types and step tracking rules can be tuned to your particular Service/Warranty process.

  In addition to Service workorder functions, a basic Contact logging mechanism is included which integrates fully with similar contact logs from Sales and Production. As such your service managers can get the whole story directly from their desktop or notebook computer when making contact with a homeowner, vendor or service technician.
